Caitlin and Leo are one of those couples that make you believe in love—the everlasting kind, and this Star Wars wedding was no exception.

The entire wedding was a vision, with grand staircases, chandeliers dangling from the ceiling, and stained glass windows. But of course, these two put their own spin on things, and their wedding was an amazing blend of Star Wars and Gatsby! I was so honored to capture this day with Andy and Hannah from Light Up Photo as my second shooters.

Caitlin was stunning in a Gatsby-inspired beaded gown, with ruby red lips and flowers in her hair. Leo wore a dapper, fitted maroon jacket and was led down to the stunning alter within a staircase, surrounded by incredible stained glass windows, at gunpoint by Stormtroopers. They were surrounded by their bridesmaids and groomsmen as they met at the altar—each equipped with their own lightsaber.

Even the decorations from this Star Wars Wedding were incredible; from reserved signs written in the classic Star Wars font to glass orbs on the tables representing planets from the films to the moody lighting and sunset reflections against the windows of the venue.

After their Star Wars wedding ceremony was over, Leo and Caitlin exited under the beaming lights of their party’s lightsabers as they made a tunnel. We also made Garth Brooks fans all over Orlando a little late to their concert as they were too busy watching our bridesmaids vs. groomsmen battle, fully equipped with lightsabers and Stormtroopers. Then, Caitlin and Leo dueled each other before they had their first dance to “Young and Beautiful,” by Lana Del Rey.
