Leu Gardens Wedding in Orlando, Florida | Emily and Michael

Emily and Michael were married on February 24th, with a Leu Gardens wedding ceremony, followed by a reception at the Ravenous Pig

One of the sweetest friends I’ve ever known referred Emily and Michael to us, so I knew immediately that we would be great friends—and boy, was I right! We spent their engagement session bar-hopping, giggling, playing Jenga, and enjoying craft beers, so it was no surprise when they told me that their reception would be at the Ravenous Pig!

Of course, that sums them up. They met at the Redlight Redlight bar in Orlando after Emily completely destroyed someone else who was trying to hit on her. Michael and his best friend were laughing about it, and that sparked a conversation, which turned into a friendship, which turned into a beautiful love story!

They actually had their first date a food truck bazaar, and they both brought friends with them, in case it was terrible. Emily made a terrible food choice (a grilled cheese that was more onion than cheese), so Michael offered to share his.

On the day of their beautiful spring wedding, they were wed under the famous oak tree at Leu Gardens, and I loved seeing their genuine reactions to the vows. Neither of them knew what the other was going to say—Michael even mentioned Emily’s love of pasta in his vows!

Oh, did we mention that there was a dinosaur invasion at this Leu Gardens wedding in February? Emily and Michael even got to pose with one for a few pictures! And if that wasn’t enough, the Ravenous Pig was cool enough to let us into the brew room for some of the most epic bride and groom portraits we’ve ever taken!

Michael & Emily, thank you for allowing us to be part of your amazing day! Cheers to forever!
