Cypress Grove Estate House Wedding in Orlando, Florida | Samantha and Nick

Sunny skies and a lakeside breeze gave our first wedding of the year a warm Florida glow on Saturday at this Orlando Cypress Grove wedding venue. Samantha and Nick, along with the majority of their guests, flew into Samantha’s home state to celebrate a love story over a decade in the making, and the day could not have been more beautiful! Samantha got ready in the bridal suite upstairs; wooden floors and large windows filled the room with gorgeous natural light, and the vintage decor added a touch of elegance to the preparations. Samantha gifted all of her bridesmaids with unique robes that she had brought back from a trip to Bali, and they looked so comfortable! Nick got ready downstairs in the groom suite but managed to step outside for a little pre-wedding fun before stepping into his sleek suit from The Black Tux.

The lovebirds decided to have a first look to get the majority of their portraits done ahead of time so that they could enjoy their cocktail hour. Scroll down further to see more of those, but I’ll be taking you through the rest of the day before sharing those golden babies 🙂

Samantha and Nick’s guests watched them say “I DOOOOO!” underneath the lakefront gazebo, underneath the moss-covered trees, a unique ceremony spot exclusive to the Cypress Grove Estate.

The bridesmaids wore elegant floor-length sapphire jewel-toned floor length bohemian dresses, while the groomsmen kept themselves dapper with sleek two-toned navy tuxes.

A few unexpected hiccups had us rearranging our portrait timeline on the fly, which turned out to be a blessing in disguise as we had the opportunity to explore the estate for portraits in three different lighting timeframes – each of which was spectacular.

Sam expressed to all of her vendors that her main priority in planning her Cypress Grove wedding was making sure that everyone was on the dance floor, and I had underestimated how much everyone they knew loved to party because WOW! The Bay Kings Band absolutely delivered a packed dance floor that night, complete with guests sliding through legs, flips, the bride and groom being raised into the air, a private last dance, and a sparkler exit.

A huge THANK YOU to the vendors that helped make the first wedding of the year a success:
