Every couple I have an opportunity to work with is incredibly unique, and one of my favorite parts of my job is creating an engagement session location and vibe that feels natural and fits their personalities, and this Downtown Orlando engagement session did just the trick. During their consultation, Emily and Tommy described their love of rich color, contemporary architecture, and all things luxurious and the chic urban feel of the streets of Downtown Orlando was the perfect fit for this modern duo.
The day of their engagement session was just like any other typical summer day in Florida – filled with spotty showers and an uncertain forecast. Luckily for me, Emily and Tommy were more than happy to play the weather by ear as Mak and I sat in the car and eagerly watched the radar, hoping for a break in the showers. Remarkably the sky cleared and we were gifted with a basically abandoned downtown as a reward for our patience! A little drizzle at the end of their downtown Orlando engagement session gave us the perfect opportunity to bust out my handy dandy clear umbrellas, adding an extra layer of romance.
