Molly and John had a gorgeous, Disney-inspired, Mount Dora Yacht Club Wedding under the famous twinkling Christmas lights.
John and Molly met way back in high school in the marching band. John played the drums, and Molly was the drum major. They didn’t date until seven years later, though—after they’d both gotten degrees from UCF, traveled across the country with the drum corps, and had all sorts of adventures. John got in contact with Molly over social media, and after a few weeks, they were officially boyfriend and girlfriend. Three years later, John proposed at Cinderella’s Wishing Well at the Magic Kingdom!
That proposal was absolutely a theme for their wedding day as there were hints of fairytales and Disney references to be found everywhere. From Mickey Mouse hairpins to the Cinderella carriage in front of the Mount Dora Yacht Club—the whole thing was a dream!
After they were married, I headed out with Matt and Andy to downtown Mt. Dora for pictures, and it was a blast to be able to photograph these two together—along with their three furbabies, who were a big part of the day. The whole thing was fun, carefree, and true to their vision of a fairytale ending Mount Dora Yacht Club wedding!
