Wedding Coverage

Collections, FAQ, and Pricing

I have been a professional photographer in the wedding industry in the greater Orlando area for close to a decade, and while I have the pleasure of capturing weddings every weekend during peak seasons, for most of my couples this is their first go-round with the whole getting married thing; the majority of couples are already overwhelmed with the planning process by the time they reach out to me, and they’ve only just started

From the very beginning, we want to  make wedding photography the least stressful part of your wedding planning experience (and the wedding day itself!) by building a solid foundation in friendship with a good sense of humor, guided natural posing, a solid herding mentality when it comes to family and group portraits, and curating a custom wedding timeline that outlines how, where, and when all the major moments of the day happen and are intimately captured, while still giving you the space to actually enjoy (and more importantly remember) each part of it.

I have been (rather accurately) described as a modern day MacGyver photographer as I have a trunk full of clear umbrella’s always ready to go just in case (because, Florida), I am able to navigate and redirect even the wildest unforeseen hiccups into a magical experience, and somehow I’m always the one bustling the bride before the reception – which I’m ridiculously good at, by the way.

Our top priority on the wedding day is always the couple getting married. Preserving once-in-a-lifetime memories is an incredible responsibility and one that we take very seriously.

What makes our team different

Common facts and questions

I strive for all of our images to be a unique blend of art and photojournalism, modern and timeless, and above all: natural and authentic. I love to capture the sweet expressions shared between lovers that are usually unseen by anyone else. My team and I are also dynamically versed in utilizing a multi off-camera flash system which gives us a unique advantage to control lighting and deliver epic  night portraits, reception, and exit shots. Our team boasts over a decade of experience in the industry and we’ve had the great fortune of working in countless indoor and outdoor venues with various lighting conditions.

All photography collections include TWO professional photographers fully trained in natural and flash lighting. We know from experience how much hard work and planning goes into the perfect wedding day and having two photographers ensures that each beautiful moment is captured. For larger weddings (multi-cultural or guests counts over 150), I have been known to bring a third associate to ensure that we do not miss a single moment!

My team and I are based out of Orlando and Mount Dora, Florida, and are available for hire anywhere there is passion! 60% of our weddings are destination and we absolutely love it! We regularly capture love stories in Tampa, St. Pete, Sarasota, Saint Augustine, the Florida Keys, Savannah, Charleston, Durham-Raleigh, Asheville, Philadelphia, and even Mexico!

An engagement session is a great way to discover that being the subject in front of the camera can actually be kind of fun while also giving you an idea of what it is like to have me as your photographer on the the actual wedding day! Quite literally my favorite moment ever is when at the end of the session we are told “wow, that was WAY more fun than we expected it to be!” It’s also a great way for us to get to know each other even better; engagement sessions are a useful tool for me me to learn how the two of you interact as a couple and prepares me for your posing guidance preference. We also make our best effort to have the second photographer for the wedding day assist at the engagement session, so that it’s a little less awkward “stranger danger” on the actual wedding day. We are constantly on the move during engagement sessions to keep the momentum going – ALL of our couples are surprised at how quickly time flies by! We bring along a bluetooth speaker to shatter the silence and make the awkward farts disappear, because what’s better than jamming to good beats in the middle of the woods or while dipping your toes in the cool spring water?

YES! Love is love is love is LOVE and it breaks my heart that this is ever even a question that needs to be asked! My team and I are proud to say that we support and stand with the LGBTQ+ community.

Each team member uses professional dual-card full frame DSLR cameras combined with L series lenses from Canon, along with an elaborate off-camera flash setup. My gear is maintained quarterly to ensure high quality images.

We make sure that your photos are backed up every step of the way. We start by using DSLR cameras with dual card slots, ensuring that each photograph is captured twice; after the wedding the images are immediately stored to three hard drives, in two separate cloud locations, and then the original cards are packed away and stored until after final gallery delivery.

We believe in having a strong, personal connection with our couples and only take on a limited number of weddings per season to ensure that each couple has a phenomenal and personal experience. After the initial consultation where we get to know one another on a more personal level and I can learn all about your vision for your wedding day, couples can officially book their wedding date with a signed contract and a 25% retainer. The remaining balance is due 30 days before the wedding date.

A preview of 35-50 images that you will be able to share with family and friends is available within five days of the wedding with full gallery completion in 8 – 10 weeks.

YES! We are fully licensed and insured.

Let's talk about Engagement Sessions

We LOVE engagement sessions. LOVE THEM. They are the easiest and quickest way to discover that it’s not so bad being in front of the camera when you constantly have someone telling you what to do (that’s me!). It’s a time to express your tastes and (most importantly) what makes you unique as a couple.

Location choices are endless and whether the two of you are all about beaches and bicycles, state parks, hot air balloon rides, sprawling floral gardens, magnificent museums, the woods, on a boat, the state fair, food truck extravaganzas, or a stroll around downtown with a breathtaking sunset cityscape, you can expect the session to be a magical and FUN experience that leaves you with breathtaking photos that will have you looking forward to your wedding photography.

I often get asked what on earth couples are supposed to wear to their engagement session and my answer is always the same: wear something that makes you feel confident and comfortable. That being said, I also always encourage couples to take advantage of the fact that they are having professional photographs done and to make the session an entire experience!

Get your hair and makeup trial done, choose outfits that are a perfect representation of you while still looking fabulous, and plan to get dinner afterwards and make it into a full-on date night. As for the session itself, stress less! We don’t expect you to show up knowing how to pose – we will guide you through the entire process and tell you where to put your hands.

All you need to do is show up ready for a damn good time.
